Betty Willis

Betty has led the sales force of Waco's largest real estate company for many years. Most of her business comes as referrals from past satisfied clients. Betty has earned the ABR, CRS, GRI, and the Certified Home Marketing specialist designations through the National Association of Realtors. Betty and Jack are avid Baylor fans. They attend both boys and girls basketball games, as well as baseball and football games. Betty has served on the Board of Directors of the Baylor Waco Foundation and because of her active involvement she has received the Alumna by Choice degree from Baylor. She has also served on several committees for Woodway City Council and Waco Chamber of Commerce. Betty and Jack are active members of First Baptist Woodway.

Jack Willis

Jack is the team's main courier. He puts up signs, distributes brochures and delivers contracts. Jack is very patient with buyers as they measure and critique the homes. He meets appraisers and inspectors and knows the right people to call if repairs are needed. He takes pictures for promotional material and internet postings. Betty and Jack love the beach, and anything connected with warm sand and blue water.

Steve Cunningham

Steve is a graduate of Midway High School and Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Steve was an owner and sales manager of a successful computer company for 17 years before getting back into his first love - Real Estate.
Steve has proven to be a valuable asset to the team, bringing his wonderful people skills and problem solving. Steve has served on many other boards and civic organizations such as Waco boys and Girls Club, Woodway Family Center, Midway Little League, the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Woodway. Steve is an active deacon at First Baptist Woodway. He is also a partner in Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart, Realtors and Past President of the Waco Association of Realtors.

Jeanette Willis Cunningham

Jeanette grew up in the real estate business and has a great understanding of how this business works. Jeanette attended Baylor University and was executive secretary to Dr. Reynolds. Her primary focus has been their 3 sons, Matt, Craig, and Clay. She has had her real estate license for 10 years and leads a women's Bible study group and has been active in PTA and First Baptist Woodway's womens and childrens programs. She brings to the team her gifts of organization and administration.
